1. Using this website
These terms apply to tomorrowrx.ai. By using the site you agree to them. Use of Counter itself is governed by the pharmacy agreement and Business Associate Agreement you sign with TomorrowRx, which take precedence over these terms.
2. Information on the site
We describe Counter as accurately as we can, but the site is for general information. Product screens show a demo pharmacy with fabricated patients and amounts. Nothing on the site is medical, legal or financial advice.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit other people’s information without permission. Please don’t include patient information in website forms.
4. Intellectual property
The site, the TomorrowRx and Counter names and logos, and the content here belong to TomorrowRx. Other product names mentioned, such as supported pharmacy systems, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, TomorrowRx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
