Privacy notice

1. What this notice covers

This notice covers information we collect through tomorrowrx.ai and from pharmacies, health plans and other organizations that contact us or sign up for Counter.

Patient information that pharmacies share with Counter is protected health information. We handle it as a business associate under a Business Associate Agreement with each pharmacy and under HIPAA, not under this notice. Patients should refer to their pharmacy’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, role, work email, phone number, and your pharmacy’s or organization’s name, NPI, NCPDP ID and location when you fill in a form or email us.

Information collected automatically: pages visited, referring pages, and approximate location from your browser, collected through privacy-focused analytics that do not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

To respond to you, verify eligibility, set up and support Counter, send service messages, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How we share it

With service providers that host, secure and operate our services, under contracts that limit their use of the information; with professional advisers; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer under this notice.

5. Security and retention

We encrypt information in transit and at rest, and our controls are independently audited under SOC 2. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of non-essential emails, by writing to privacy@tomorrowrx.ai. Residents of some states have additional rights, which we honor as the law requires.
